- A contractor or service professional who has elected to take special educational training to earn a Building Performance Institute, Inc. credential.
- I am trained to identify and advise you about how to make your home healthier, safer, more comfortable, energy efficient, and durable using both qualitative and quantitative measures and tests.
- I educate my clients about how their homes actually work and can provide comprehensive evalautaions to determine if they are working properly.
- I consult with homeowners on how to best improve their homes - from weekend warrior DIY projects all the way to gut and rebuild major rennovations.
- My clients wind up saving money, having better air quality, and wasting less energy because of the information I give them.
- I teach clients how to both maintain and improve their homes so that they get the best experience while living there and are able to ask the most amount of money for it when they eventually sell
