The Actual Contract

To place an offer on a property you wish to purchase, you will have to use the new standard Offer to Puchase & Contract form as well as any of the other related Addenda and Attachments as your situation and offer requires.

It is very important to understand that once completed, signed, and delivered, this contract is a legally binding document that is incredibly hard to "undo" once "done."  Do not sign a contract unless you completely understand what it means and what it obligates you to do.

Your Realtor will explain and discuss the nuances of the contract with you.
